Process


1. Browse through our galleries.  If there is something you have in mind and you don't see it in our galleries contact us.  Dazzle Me Invites will do our best to create the look you want.  (Invitations come in many sizes and colors.  You are not limited to what you see in the galleries.)

2. Consultation is the next step which will be over the phone, in person, or by email.  In this consultation we will discuss ideas, budget, and timeline.  This is the best time to ask any questions you have and address any concerns.

3. Submit all wording and information that you wish to have added on the invitation.  This will also be the time to submit pictures to be added in design process.

4. Dazzle Me Invites will create 3 customized designs for you to choose from. 

5. You will then receive your proofs.  The proofs will be provided digitally or hand delivered to you.  In this proofing process you will make any corrections or changes.  After corrections have been made we will provide a digital or hand deliver you one last proof before processing your order. (There are no fees for proofs.)

6. Your signed contract and form of payment must be received before processing begins.  Dazzle Me Invites accepts money orders, cash, check, or we will send you an invoice to pay through paypal.  With the invoicing you may pay with your Visa, Mastercard, checking/savings acct, and using your paypal funds. (All Kansas orders will include sales tax.  All orders will include shipping rates.  Checks must clear before processing will begin.)

7. After we receive your payment the processing of your order will begin. (Please allow up to 1 week for small orders and 2 weeks for bigger orders.)

8. Your  invitations will be shipped or hand delivered to you.

There is no minimum order for invitations.  You order exactly what you need.  

(Photo cards have a minimum order of 25 invitations)

*It's best to order a few extra invitations to keep from running out.  If you do need to order more let us know and we will be more than happy to do so.

*Photos can be added to any design.  This must be discussed in the design process and pictures will need to be emailed to dazzlemeinvites@gmail.com. 

*If you want to have pictures taken to use in your invitation Dazzle Me Invites and My Smile Photography have partnered together to make this possible.  You will need to schedule a photo session .  The fee for the photo session is $40.00.  The pictures taken will be used in your invitation design and will be available for purchase.

*All orders come with envelopes.

*It is IMPORTANT that you double check your proofs before processing begins.  There will be NO REFUNDS.
